Registration Information

To Register Your Child, Please bring the following to our office:

- Completed Enrollment Packet (from school)
- Proof of Residency (gas/water/electric bill)
- Immunization Record
- Birth Certificate (or other official Birth Documentation)
- No uniforms required

 

Summer Office Hours: 

• Office opens on July 28th for 26-27 registration
• Summer office hours are 8:00 am - 2:30 pm
